We are so delighted with our new chairs from new Holland, church furniture.

The chairs are very sturdy. Often in church when someone stands up, they put their hands on the back of the pew or chair in front of them to help them stand up. Reid Sullivan gave us two sample chairs and we had our tallest, biggest people try them out. The chairs didn’t tilt or even move when used to stabilize a standing person.

We like the way that the row of chairs looks like a pew when place next to each other. We did not want our church to look like a conference room.

The chairs are also very comfortable.

About half of our pews were destroyed by the flood caused by hurricane Helene. Juan Isaza and Reid Sullivan patiently worked with us and altered our original chair order to get a good match with the pews that survived and were being restored. Do look at the picture of the chairs and pews together and see how well they blend together

The delivery was exactly on the planned time and the driver was fun and helpful as we received the pews.

I cannot give enough thanks to the entire staff at New Holland Church Furniture for their support over the past 22 months. In October, 2023, we experienced a major flood in our 2,000 seat sanctuary that resulted in several rows of pews being totally ruined. Working together with our insurance company, the folks at New Holland and their contractors were fantastic in, not only replacing the ruined pews, but also arranging to remove all the main floor pews so that the carpet could be replaced, reupholstering the entire seating and reinstalling the entire 2,000 seats. They were most helpful coordinating this process, so that we were able to minimize the time that our sanctuary was unavailable for church services. The Vice President of Logistics, Todd Umbel deserves a special thanks for his flexibility and patience with the entire project. I could not have found a more cooperative professional to mange this project. A true 5-star performance by all involved.

Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City, GA used New Holland Church Furniture services twice in the past year to create an altar, pulpit, baptismal font and 300 chairs. Their customer service and the quality of their products were consistently outstanding and exceeded our expectations.

The contacts at New Holland were very dependable in their communication with us regarding each step of the construction of the furniture. They provided wood and fabric samples, sent us a prototype chair to examine and kept us informed on the progress of the order. New Holland came to us to work on a renovation project for our chapel. As with all renovation projects the goal date to consecrate our new altar was nearing and to complicate matters we had requested a change order. This did not allow much time for New Holland to accommodate us but they said they would do their absolute best. They did not do their absolute best....they performed a miracle and our new beautiful pews were installed for the consecration. New Holland's staff, especially Judy "the pew lady" are professional, they offer excellent selections and provides experienced helpful ideas, they produce quality products, and they go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommended.

Sorry I have been so long responding. I have been away and did not see the completed project until yesterday. Our sanctuary looks beautiful. We could not be more pleased with the customer service, installation and quality of the pews. Mr Buddy was so helpful throughout the entire project and so patient with all the obstacles we encountered internally. The installers were professional and concerned with our satisfaction. They worked very hard to get everything just right. We are completely satisfied. Every New Holland team member I encountered went above and beyond, even the delivery guys! New Holland Church Furniture is the only place where your expectations on church furniture are met and beyond, as a pastor I have placed three orders in three different projects, I wouldn't go to another place for my next project. Professionalism, workmanship and the durability of every peace produced by New Holland Church furniture are reasons that will keep you coming back for your church seating needs. The company has a character and work ethics which are rare in our days, I fully recommend them if you are seeking to make a noticeable impact in your congregation.

Our church took on a Sanctuary renovation of painting and carpeting which meant the pews (built 40 years ago by New Holland) would be removed and then replaced. As our committee reviewed our needs we realized that we wanted a more flexible space and decided to sell several pews. No buyers, but another church was able to have New Holland modify them to replace their aging benches. It was a win win! Great communications with Judy and the entire design and implementation team. Special shout-out to Brock for his careful and respectful handling of our pews.
